Who is responsible

Bonsay Technologies OÜ, registry code 16141642, Järvevana tee 9, 11314 Tallinn, Estonia, is the controller of personal data processed through this website. Contact: info@bonsaytech.com.

What we collect on this website

This website has no contact or sign-up forms and uses no advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider processes technical data that every browser sends (IP address, browser type, time of the request) to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse; these logs are kept for a short period only.

We use Google Analytics 4 with analytics cookies switched off: it counts which pages and buttons are used, and we see only aggregated statistics. We do not build personal profiles.

When you book a call

Booking buttons open Calendly (Calendly LLC), where you choose a time and enter your name, email and any note you want to share. Calendly processes this data on our behalf to schedule the meeting; we use it only to prepare and hold the conversation and to follow up on it.

When you write to us

If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, we process your message and contact details to reply and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram process messages under their own privacy policies.

The “Ask Bonsay” chat window is available on every page; nothing is sent until you write a message. Your messages are processed by our automation provider (n8n) and an AI model to answer your question, and are stored so a person on our team can follow up.

Legal basis and retention

We process data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the business relationship and as required by Estonian accounting law.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Write to info@bonsaytech.com. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
